   Hello iam suffering direhea from one week so I chose bismol syrup without doctor advice can I use it??

     Yes You can use it, but Bismol tablet is available for adult.

     Because Bismol Susp 1 tea spoon = 88mg (Bismuth Subsalicylate)
     However Bismol 1 tab – 265mg (Bismuth Subsalicylate). So you should take 3 tea spoonful in replacement of
     1 tab. However if you want then you can take.
     Adult dose is 2tab or 2 table spoonful three to four times a day.
