Lower Respiratory Tract Infections, Acute Bacterial Otitis Media, Sinusitis, Skin and Skin Structure Infections, and Urinary Tract Infections.

Suspension: 156.25 mg/5 ml (125 mg + 31.25 mg) & 312.5 mg/5 ml (250 mg + 62.5 mg)
BD Suspension: 457 mg/5 ml (400 mg + 57 mg)
Injection: 0.6 gm (500mg + 100 mg) & 1.2 gm (1000 mg + 200 mg)
Drops: 62.5 mg/ml (50mg + 12.5mg)
